Well, as I mentioned in the title, I am literally counting the hours until the Xmas holidays, afterwhich I begin my job as a trainee accountant (5th Jan, folks!). SO excited! Everyone keeps telling me that it's going to be a lot of hard work/responsibility/long hours etc. After doing temp things and various bits and pieces for the past yr, trust me, I will be glad to finally get stuck in to a real job!

Trying to keep the exercise regime going over the winter months, but finding it hard to fit everything in...now that it's too dark in the evenings to go for a quick run after work. Been swimming a bit though. Running at the weekends is still an option; it's actually kind of nice running in the crisp winter air. Most common route: South London parks. Want to try South Bank/Regents Park one of these days, but main drawback is that it's not near home: nowhere near to shower or dump my kit...any reccomendations?

Fellow Exeter grads: anyone else going to the london lemmy? Shepherds Bush, 2nd December. Not to be missed! Apparently.
